THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROCESS
Once you choose Integrity Rental Management, our Property Manager will discuss with you the process of our property management services which includes managing vacancies, leasing, maintenance, inspections, reporting financial reports and other important concerns relevant to you.
There will be a signed agreement between Integrity Rental Management and the property owner regarding the term and conditions in managing your property.
Once the tenants are approved they will pay 4 weeks Bond & 2 weeks rent. A sign up appointment is set for the lease start date this is when they collect keys and their sign up pack.
We will assure that any management concerns and maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Our Property Managers are customer-service focused, so we will ensure that your property is well taken care of while ensuring our tenants are happy in their home.
We carry out 4 inspections a year, which you will receive a detailed inspection report with photos. If any maintenance is found or reported we arrange for the work to be done or a quote requested.
We will seek your instructions on lease renewals. We look at their rental history, routine inspections. You will be contacted to discuss the process of renewal 2 months prior to the end of the lease.
At Integrity Rental Management, we will conduct a written inspection of your property to document the condition of your property.
